Children’s Residential Regional Manager – North

We’re delighted to support a market leader of therapeutic Children’s Residential Services recruit for a Regional Manager to manage 4 of their Registered Managers. Operating across the North of England my client is an innovative, flexible and high quality provider. All of their homes are set in stunning rural locations and furnished to a high standard. All homes are rated as good or outstanding with Ofsted and this role has been created to support the growth of the business.

The company has a fantastic reputation for providing the highest levels of care to children who have experienced trauma and pride themselves on their supportive and collaborative working culture.

The homes cover the North of England and there is flexibility in terms of location for you to operate from a few sites as long as the homes are accessible for you to travel to on a weekly basis.

Duties include

• Manage a team of 4 Registered Managers
• Complete effective supervisions and appraisals
• Provide leadership and be a strong role model
• Building effective working relationships internally and externally

• Implement development plans
• Ensure outstanding levels of care for the young people

You will have

• Previous Residential Regional Management experience of high performing services
• Level 5 Diploma Leadership & Management in Children’s Services
• In depth knowledge of the legislation and guidance that govern children’s homes
• Excellent communication skills

• Commitment to the highest levels of childcare practice

• Full UK Driving License
