Domiciliary Care Co-ordinator

Starling Recruitment are delighted to support this growing, high quality domiciliary care provider recruit for a Care Co-ordinator for their Darlington branch.

This role is to support the delivery of the highest standards of care within the clients own homes by managing the home care teams and through assessment and review of services.

Duties Include:

· Management and supervision of the care teams to support them

· Create and co-ordinate weekly rotas for care to include travel time and locations

· Ensure appropriate staffing levels and work with agencies who provide this

· Allocate appropriate carers depending on their individual skills

· Liaise with agencies including social workers, GPS, Nurses

· Carry out on-call

You will have

· Previous experience of working in a similar role in home care

· Desire to work to support the highest standards of care

· IT skills including email and Microsoft office.
